Delete your Jibaku account
You can start account deletion in the Jibaku app. If you cannot access the app, you can request help by email.
Start the deletion process
Open Jibaku while signed in, go to your account settings, and choose the account deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request account deletion support
Email from the address connected to your Jibaku account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” so the request can be identified quickly. Jibaku may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting.

Deleting your Jibaku account does not necessarily remove every record immediately. Some information may need to remain for fraud prevention, payment records, support history, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Payment records held by a subscription or payment provider, including Stripe where applicable, are governed by that provider's own retention requirements. Jibaku does not store full card details.
